High-Density Board, HPL‌ or more accurately ‌High-Density/ MediumFiberboard (HDF/MDF) with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)‌, is a high-performance composite decorative material made by bonding an HDF core with an HPL surface. It features high strength, fire resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, wear resistance, and antibacterial properties, and is widely used in interior and exterior decoration, furniture manufacturing, and public space partitions.

Flexural strength: ≥80 MPa, compressive strength up to 1800 MPa or higher, highly resistant to impact.

Surface Property :Dense, non-porous surface resists scratches and wear, ideal for high-traffic environments.

 

Fire, Water, and Mold Resistance‌

 

Meets Class A fire rating standards, with an oxygen index of ≥32; does not drip or spread flames when exposed to fire.

Excellent waterproof and moisture-resistant performance allows it to remains intact without warping or blistering after 2 hours of boiling water exposure, making it suitable for wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.
